What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
Do you make house calls?
No, unfortunately, we can’t make house calls. However, if you can drop your hardware off at our shop, we can repair it.
Do you work on cell phones, tablets, or video game units?
Sorry! We do not.
Do you provide business services?
We provide a wide range of business services: please call for details.
How long will you need my computer?
80% of repairs are completed within 48HRS. We will always let you know your expected timeline during our intake process.
Do you sell computers?
We can purchase anything you need & help you get everything migrated to your new computer; we can even come onsite to set it up for you!
Do you work on Macs?
We can provide software repair & migrations, but any physical repairs(screens, keyboards, etc) need to be brought to a Mac-certified repair shop.
